Summary

I used to work 70 hours a week. Grinding to make 30-40K/ month. I used to wonder how I'd ever have a family AND the life that I wanted. In the 3-4 years before having my son… I figured it out. I was able to scale from 40K to 140K/month and I went from working 70 hours a week in that business to 4 hours a week in that business.

Delegation and leadership played a part but the BIGGEST difference was learning how to increase LTV of every single client that came into my coaching (so I could work with LESS clients and make MORE money) and that's what I want to talk to you about today.

When I was, when I started my business, I was 24 when I started my online fitness coaching business.

From ages 24 to 28, I literally worked 70 hours a week. And in some ways, it really paid off. I was making 30 to 40 grand a month every single month. But I used to wonder, like, how will I ever have a family? Right. How will I, I won't be able, I used to think I won't be able to have a family and the income that I wanted. Like, okay, I can grind my butt off and make this 30, 40 grand a month, or I can have a family. And I also thought 30 to 40 grand a month was my income ceiling because my only strategy I knew was work harder, work harder, work harder, work harder. Had things so backwards, you know, fast forward to present day. in these past three years past three years in business, we've done about $8 million in

So whatever the average of $8 million is divided by 12.

I have to know because I'm weird like that.

So on average, we've done $66,000 a month for the last three years, right?

So obviously $30,000 to $ 40K isn't the income ceiling.

But I didn't understand it. I didn't understand leverage. And so it was about three to four years

before I had my son in the years 2018 to 2022. We broke through that ceiling. We started having
