A couple of things that people sent me this week. One of them was a tweet that said,

So the first one was, this is the wildest thing I've ever seen, a client who ate 1,200 calories and gained weight.

Then she started eating 1,900 calories and she lost 18 pounds.

Why? Her body thought she was at war.
