Summary

In this episode, Melissa challenges all of us to take a deeper look into the labels…and every single thing in our lives that may no longer be serving us. She dives into her past relationship to self and how her once negative thoughts bled into her relationship with food. Now, in this newfound experimental phase in life, she talks about her craving for eggs during quarantine after years of identifying as a vegan that helped open a whole new world for her and how she now fills her plate. While believing that thriving on a plant-focused diet will always serve her, she no longer restricts based on labels or potential outside judgments. This new awakening of food freedom can be so liberating for all of us by shutting out the noise of others and following a life that feels best for YOU.
