So today, I want to talk to you about something I'm pretty pumped about, which I don't

know that we've shared a lot of details about our fitness coaching business that we scaled and sold.

And on the podcast, we share a lot about our mistakes that we've made and things.

But today, I'm excited to just brag a little bit about how we did this.

And I've put it in a really simple, like, two-part system.

And this podcast will probably be like

14 minutes long to really break this down for you.

So yeah, let's dive right in.

I think what a lot of coaches do wrong is they try to sell everything to everyone.

One-on-one training, 101 nutrition, here's a group option, a three-month, a six-month, a 12-month, weekly check-ins, or bi-weekly check-ins. And if you especially do that in your marketing, no one's going to buy. Confused prospect doesn't buy. And if you do that in just your fulfillment, it creates a logistical cluster. And so we did not do that. Well, we did early on, and we stopped, which allowed us to sell a business that a buyer

look at and go, this is really easy to run and to market.

So we did a couple of things right.

We had a really simple offer in systems that scaled and we had predictable acquisition.
