but i always do better in a question answer format and let me just sit down and teach you things well Well, one, I know it's relatable and I know people need it. digging in with a student, it's really, it's usually not their ads that aren't working.

And it's usually not their leads that are bad. It's usually the leaks between their leads and their calls or their calls and their closes, something further down, the funnel. And the only way to find that real constraint is through data, not through feelings. I have a thing that I always end up saying when I'm down the rabbit hole with a student and diagnosing a problem in their business and they say, I feel like, I feel like, I feel like. I was like, there's a lot of feelings

about the business. And our students know what that means by now. They're like, okay, cool. I'll

pull up my data constraint tracker. I'll shut up. We'll see if this is real. It's true, right?

We all get feelings around our business. But today, I want to dive in with you around four students, situations that really illustrated how to use data, diagnose, fix,

and scale. So we'll run through Rachel. We were talking about her funnel that was overflowing

with leads, but she was underperforming on calls and throughput. We'll talk about Chris's setter

issue that he thought it was the ads, a dead ad account, but it wasn't. It was the setter.

We'll talk about Nico, something I uncovered with him. His ad system fell off, even though the numbers said everything was perfectly fine. And then Grace, her data was really solid. And so we looked at all that. We said, okay, the next constraint is just leadership, not metrics, scale this baby, hire more of those people, get them to do the same thing these people are doing. And so we got into a good leadership conversation. So if you can master this process, you're going, you're going to stop going, man, what's wrong with my business? You're going to know exactly which lever to pool next. You're not going to waste time messing with things that aren't broken.
