Stop thinking ads versus content. It's really not in either or it's both. Ads are fuel. Content is fire. And without both, the other one is going to fizzle. What up, y'all. Welcome back. If you think the only way that you're going to have success growing a health or fitness coaching business is by either just posting content or running ads, you're going to be fucked both ways. All right. you have to understand the dichotomy between the two,

and I'll share with you this frame. Okay, think about it like this. We spend $120,000 a month on ads

in our business, but right now we're actually trying to spend more on our content team. The reality is

ads and content, they're not the opposites. They're basically the same thing. Ads cost money, but they're

predictable. Organic content is free, but it's unpredictable. If you want to win in this space and really help a lot of people and make a lot of money in the health and fitness industry, you have to learn how to master both and how you have to understand how they work together. So by the end of this episode, that's exactly what I'm going to show you. I'm going to explain why it's damn near impossible to succeed with just ads alone and how content, if you use it right, will lower your ad cost. And I'll show you the exact framework in math that we use with our students in terms of lead flow cost, ad cost, and how much that you actually need to spend in order to hit your revenue goals. And look, I can say this because we've worked with over 4,000 health and fitness coaches. And I can count on like one hand the number of coaches who have been able to go straight into paid advertising and have success. There have been a couple, but that also was back in the day when ads used to be a lot easier. It's more competitive now. The kicker is even in those rare cases, the one who got to 40, 50, even 100K

there are three currencies that you have to have to build an online business. You either have to have a network, an audience, or cash. You have to start with one. And if you have one of those things, we can leverage that one to get the second. Then when you get the second, getting the third is actually pretty easy. And once you have all three, it's fucking rocket fuel, baby. It's easy to scale. Because think about it. If you have a network, you have an audience, and you have cash, growing a business is just math. But most people don't have these things, right? So what I want you to do here is if you're watching on YouTube, you're going to see me drawing a Venn diagram. Think of it like a piece sign. So in the upper quadrant,

Well, this is easy, dude. All we have to do is just run ads. We can take that cash, put it into advertising, it's going to probably lose some money at first, but once it starts making money,
