planning session. You're going to be planning with me because I have separation and anxiety

and don't want to do this on my own personally. But I also think as we get to the end of every year, my planning senses, my planning

spidey senses, they really start tingling and they start knowing that they're about to be activated.

As we all know, my planning senses actually tingle year round, but this is a particularly intense tingle ready for the year ahead.

Going into the next year can obviously feel overwhelming.

But I find that once you've actually planned for the year ahead and you know exactly what you're

working towards, exactly how you're going to be getting there, it makes it so much more manageable.

exciting. A new year is exciting. I think there's a concentration as you come to the end of the

year like, oh, what haven't I done? Like I wanted to do this. I wanted to do this. We're going

into a new year. It's an exciting time. But a new year is a great chance to get your shit together

and align your goals with what's actually achievable. And we're going to do that today using a specific framework
