Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast. Today I'm going to talk to you about

a question I got yesterday and it was quite long so I'm going to paraphrase it and it was

essentially I know it needs to change I want to change but I didn't either way does anyone just hear

I now have been left with a slight gap at the front of my teeth.

But sometimes when I speak, there's a little whistle that comes through the bottom of my teeth.

That's bit gross, isn't it? I'm glad that everybody knows that and I threw attention to it.

Anyway, back to the question.

Yeah, so it's quite long. So the essence of it was, I know I need to change and I want to change,

but I don't have the motivation to or maybe it's just the energy to. Then she says, I'm not sure. I just know, I just don't know where to

start. And I've tried so many times. Now, I am sure so many people can resonate with this. So that's

why I did this podcast on it. And honestly, sometimes I think, right, I'm going to go through a few different things,

but sometimes you can feel like you lack motivation, you lack energy, and it's really that

you're not sleeping well. Now, I don't want to jump to conclusions, but honestly, sometimes

the most obvious answer is, well, actually usually the most obvious

answer is the right one, right?

And I completely understand it's not that easy to say, why don't you just sleep better?

And you're like, well, I've got kids and or I'm perimenopausal or, you know, I'm struggling

with sleep for some other reason.
