| 0:00.0 | Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast. |
| 0:05.0 | In this episode, I am going to talk through a few of my unique coaching principles, |
| 0:11.5 | why they are effective and why this approach worked so well. |
| 0:16.8 | I've developed these over the last decade, that's a long time, of fat loss coaching. |
| 0:25.3 | And, yeah, hopefully they will be useful to you. |
| 0:28.9 | And hopefully make you think about things in a slightly different way, |
| 0:32.3 | because there is the calories in, calories outside of fat loss. |

| 1:21.0 | are four coaching principles that I've, well, would you call them? Yeah, I think coaching principles |
| 1:26.6 | kind of encompasses it that I think |
| 1:29.6 | are probably some of the most influential and useful that I use. So the first is more of like a life |
| 1:37.0 | approach, to be honest, one that I very much embrace and it's called imperfect action. One of the biggest underlying beliefs holding people |
| 1:47.8 | back from taking action, not just in fat loss but in many areas and I see this all the time with |
| 1:53.8 | coaches in relation to their business on AFM is the belief that things need to be perfect. |
| 2:06.4 | This means it needs to be the perfect time when you've got nothing going on, |
