Meanwhile as I try to get back into my good eating, good sleeping, etc.

In episode 62 we talked about getting rid of excessive stuff.

Like the example we use was soy sauce packets, not having too much of those little things

accumulate.

And we'd asked for a more catchy title than what we had for it, which was something

like don't gather too much stuff or something like that.

I think it was stop accumulating excessive amounts of stuff, which is not catchy.

We got some great suggestions about what to call that.

Two of our favorites were stop stockpiling, which is simple and has a nice illiteration.

And the other one that we loved was send the rat packing.
