Many years ago, at Christmas time,

I was at home and my grandparents,

my mother's parents, were visiting for Christmas.

And the thing about my grandfather is he was a very handy man.

He was an engineer for the Union Pacific Railroad.

In his garage, he had a whole area where he had all his tools set up

and they were beautifully kept and they were very organized.

And everything in my grandparents' home was kept ship-shaped

and the yard was well-tended.

That was the kind of person he was.

So he was there for Christmas with my grandmother

and it was a snowy day and I see my grandfather standing

at the window looking outside at something.

And I was curious about what had caught his attention.

So I looked to see what he was looking at.

And my grandfather was gazing out at the spectacle of our lawnmower

sitting outside, covered with several inches of snow,
