Hey everyone, it's Tiffany here and welcome back to another week of Raise Your Hand to say yes.

I hope that everyone is having a great week. I hope that everyone is having a great December.

I cannot actually believe that this year is almost over.

I feel like it's just getting started and where has the time gone?

And I suspect I'm not alone.

It's an interesting thing with creative people that we all tend to move very quickly

in that creative energy while it's great can sometimes

we can get caught up in the current of our momentum and not even realize exactly what we're doing.

So that relates to any of you, the know that you're not alone. I told my coach on a call yesterday

that one of my goals for next year is to slow things down a little bit, but I kind of feel

like I'm hitting the brakes on a freight train and that it's going to take a while to really

like slow it down. And of course, the irony of

that is that I have like a couple really big projects happening early 2016, which is exciting too,

but it's all about making space for those to really thrive. So I'm sure you guys are going to hear more about that.

But that is not what today's episode is all about.

Today's episode is about failure and setting intentions and going after what you really want.
