But I will say that one to two kid transition has been much harder than expected and in different

ways. And the biggest thing for me has just been like the amount of work. It doesn't feel like it

doubles. It just, it just has multiplied. Like if you don't have kids, the best way to explain it is if you

have dogs. We used to have three dogs. And then our one dog Stella passed away. It's like we went

from a herd of dogs to two dogs. I don't know why, but three dogs was like a herd of dogs.

In comparison, two dogs feels easy. The one to two kid transition feels like that. One plus one

doesn't equal two. I don't know. Maybe it's because I have a crazy three year old. I'm not sure,

but it's been a lot.

And so the biggest thing for me that's been the hardest is, hello guys. Welcome to the

podcast. I'm excited about today's episode. So what I've been doing recently is more just like

tactical, provide value to fitness coaches,

trainings, and I put a lot of prep work into them.

I come up with like a big outline and then I put it into a script and all this stuff.

This is going to be very like real, raw, off the cuff apologies if it's a little bit ranty but basically what i wanted to do

is fill you in entirely on just the last nine weeks of my postpartum journey um i don't it's not

going to be a list of tips it's just going to be a reflection in the trenches perspective um

there maybe you'll find some advice in here or maybe you'll just

relate more than anything.
