0:50.2 | begin. Tom, welcome back, man. It's been a long road. We catch up each conference seems, but now I'm glad to bring you back to Power Athlete Nation, and we got a lot to talk about today. Yeah, no, thank you guys so much. And again, it's been awesome to watch you guys continue to grow and put out good information and really kind of attack it from both the professional side and hearing some of the coaches that you've had talk about, you know, their journey. |
1:12.4 | But then also, too, actually getting into real training and actually making, you know, instruction and different courses and programs for people that actually train their athletes better. |
1:22.5 | So it's been awesome to see you guys grow. |
1:24.2 | Thank you. |
1:24.6 | Yeah. |

1:35.6 | interested in that, check out episode 344. But a lot has transpired since our last conversation. I'd love to |
1:41.8 | the chance to lead off with the journey that you've taken |

1:51.3 | such a collection of individuals, and I say that kind of holistically at Yale, where you have people |
1:55.8 | that invented the MRI, you have people that are world experts just right around the corner. And |
2:00.8 | the thing that I learned the most about when I was there was how many people are willing to help, but also too how siloed things can be. And so I don't know, I guess it was too dumb to be scared. And so being able to go over to someone say, hey, come over to the weight room. I know you're the chief, you know, surgeon of, say, hearts or you're the, you know, brain surgeon or you're the, you know, whatever from the engineering lab. And people were more than excited to be able to come and actually come into the weight room. And it's so funny is that I think we take for granted music blasting. Everyone's fired up. Everyone's excited. And that energy in the weight room, a lot of regular people have never experienced that. And as soon as they get in that environment, you can see their demeanor change, their body language change. And again, the weight room is one of those few places where it doesn't matter about the outcome. It's just about competing hard and being a good teammate. And I think we manufacture that every day for the athletes, but to regular people. |
2:51.6 | A lot of people go to their jobs and punch in and punch out, and there's not a lot of excitement and energy. |
