I am actually sitting on the Lucas Oil Stadium turf, exhausted after long day of talking with people asking questions, listening to their answers. That's what we do here at Big Ten Media Days. It is talking season and we talked a lot with the Illinois contingent here. It's kind of funny. We come all the way to Indianapolis to chat with people we can usually chat to in Champaign,

but that's what we do when you're on a beat.

And today we're able to talk extensively with Brett Beelma, with Josh Whitman, the athletic director,

and Illinois players Isaiah Williams, Keith Randolph, and Johnny Newton.

And three of those five joined us today on the Alana Enquirer podcast. I'm excited to bring you those interviews.

Josh Whitman, athletic director, usually doesn't do a lot of podcast interviews, but he was very willing to do it with us today.

We were very thankful for him for joining us to talk about his Illinois football program, his Illinois athletic department,

the Northwestern scandal that is happening and how it impacts him as Illinois athletic department, the Northwest Northwestern scandal that is

happening and how it impacts him as an athletic director in the Big Ten, as well as, you know, what's

ahead for college football and college athletics. Just very informative, as always insightful from
