And it's the week of Glastory Festival as well. So I've got all that to come and I'm looking at it fearfully thinking, how am I going to train?

How am I going to survive this? I'm not the man of whenever I last went to Glastonbury years ago.

But I understand you have sore legs as well.

I do have sore legs from actual running.

I tell you what, it does make a difference when the weather's like this.

I do, I like running when the weather's like this, when I don't have to trudge through mud, you know, and it's not shit.

And it's not dark at night.

So you get to the end of the day and you think, I can do a run at 7.30 or 8 o'clock.

And it doesn't feel like I'm just running into the depth.
