Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast, which is going to be all about

0:05.5

not having time to exercise and the reframe that you need to help you with this.

0:11.1

Now, I completely get it. We're all busy. And I have to admit that despite working in the

0:17.1

fitness industry, this literally being my job, so it should technically be quite easy for me

0:20.8

and I'm fully bought into all the benefits of exercise, I'm still actually

0:24.9

quite bad at setting aside enough time to exercise. Or more to my point, actually, probably

0:29.2

I am good enough at setting aside enough time, but maybe not maximizing the time I could

spend, right? Or, wow, this is already slightly confusing.

1:29.1

perspective. So in the short term, you will experience an increase in productivity in focus. So

1:34.6

technically it will save you time because something that might have taken you an hour to do

1:39.6

might only take you 30 minutes to do because you've got more energy, feel more engaged, you can focus

1:45.0

more. By the way, that's why I exercise every morning. Like, I cannot focus as well without it.

1:50.0

And even if I take away 30 minutes of the amount of time I have to work to exercise, I know I get
