| 1:18.5 | We've been disassembling your mind, sort of speak, in some of the last few podcasts that we've been |
| 1:23.5 | doing so that we can really separate your thinking from what the facts really are, |
| 1:29.8 | because your thinking is not facts, right? You're thinking are sentences that go on in your head |
| 1:36.3 | that basically you choose to believe. And that's really all they are are sentences in your head. |
| 1:42.6 | But here's the deal. You do get to choose what you |
| 1:46.7 | want to think once you're aware of what you're thinking. And so here's the deal when you sit down |
| 1:53.5 | to eat. If you don't like what you're doing, which is, of course, when we look at the model, |
| 1:59.6 | that's the A line, right? What you're doing. |
| 2:02.3 | It always goes back to what you're thinking and what you're feeling, right? So what I want to do |
| 2:09.9 | today is try to really tweak those thoughts to really tweak what you do when you're eating. So let me give you an example. |
| 2:22.6 | Let's say you're going out to eat with friends. All right. And so that is actually the circumstance |
| 2:30.0 | or the fact. Nobody can disagree with that. You are out with friends and you are sitting down to eat. |
| 2:36.8 | Now, what you decide to think will determine what you do or don't do. |
| 2:44.4 | So let's say you're sitting down to eat and there's food in front of you. |
