If we grow up with this structure of belief that we imprinted from our childhood from 0-14,

if it's limiting, versus what we want, we have to expand into doing that by what I call

seeing as believing, having expanders.

So, I'm currently in Scotland right now road tripping, looking for the next potential retreat

spot. What I'm doing on this trip is really exploring the entire country, I guess. I've

really, I've been to a certain area. So this time I'm really checking out the whole Aberdeen

in Vernass up in the north. I love the UK. I love it so much. Genizoie and I joke that we

should swap passports and visas. She loves LA so much and I love the UK so much. So it

was really lovely. I got to spend some quick time in London. I stayed at the children's

firehouse. It's my favorite hotel in all of London. I won't be staying there on my back

leg after Scotland, but it was so lovely. And I got to connect with some friends actually

flew in a day early so that I could head to egg trading. My favorite store in London,

they have very limited selections at the inventory they put out. So I wanted to make sure to

pack really light so that I could actually fill up my suitcase with them and ship home,

you know, whatever. And I really wanted to be able to try things on. So I got to do that.
