I'm great. Thank you so much for having me.

You didn't know what you were getting into. Or did you?

Oh, that's great though.

You know, when I was looking at your bio earlier and of course

you wrote the naked mind and you wrote another book, The Alcohol Experiment,

it said you grew up an ounce, you grew up outside of Aspen, Colorado,

in a one room log cabin without running water or electricity.

And I pretty much stopped there and started scratching my head going,

is she the daughter of Abraham Lincoln?

What were you doing in a one room cabin with no water or electricity?

So my dad was born and raised in the Bronx and he came to Colorado to go to school

and he was very much a hippie with capital H.

And he was asked to kind of care sit this cabin.

And he went there and the people who he was asked to care,

like care take it didn't come back and he's still there 50 years later.

So I spent my entire childhood having a snowmobile.

There was no accessible roads in the winter out house, no indoor plumbing.

Wow.

And when you first visited friends or neighbors or went to school or something
