psychologist working with soldiers dealing with PTSD using a holistic approach of strength

training and individual psychotherapy to help these individuals manifest into who they need to be.

I mean, you know, we're at war for over two decades.

A lot of soldiers came back, broken, and she's taken this holistic approach, realizing

that there were limitations in her own practice and finding a way to help these individuals

rehab so that they can lead their best life.

And taking the best things of the military that the people are familiar with, team building, training, working together,

that power of movement and camaraderie, and providing an opportunity then to get back onto a

team. So all too often, I think individuals start to fall by the wayside when they weaken.

And, you know, I mean, you know, you see all the quotes from, you know, weak things don't break and, you know, all these different mantras and, you know, macho terms and, you know, cliches that people throw out there. But there's really some validity in towards building a big, strong platform at which to build your life. And that platform is strength, health, and more importantly,

resilience. And that comes underneath a barbedo. And I mean, she's doing amazing work,

helping combat veterans transition in civilian life. And one thing we want to announce is that

any power athlete coach that's been through our block one test and network, they're going to
