| 1:02.0 | No, you're absolutely. So maybe you could talk just a little bit about, well, first of all, how'd you get into the business? |
| 1:08.0 | Because you've got kind of an illustrious career. So why don't you take a minute and talk about that. |

| 1:15.0 | Sure. I actually, in 1995, 96, I was, I had a chain of French bakeries and restaurants. |
| 1:25.0 | And they weren't shopping malls and, but what happened, what I really loved about it was actually building a new one. |
| 1:30.0 | And just I love the development of it, training the staff and so on. |
| 1:34.0 | What happened is that it was quite expensive. |
| 1:36.0 | And my wife and my banker wanted me to slow down on new, just on opening up new restaurants. |
| 1:43.0 | And so anyway, so my banker, who is also one of my best friends, you know, I asked him one day, how can I do what you do because you work on a new deal every day. |
