Summary

Ever scroll through your feed and just bored? Or annoyed? I DO!

Today, I want to talk about why we struggle to reveal our the parts of ourselves we feel compelled to conceal or embarrassed by in addition to our curated best of moments. It's brave to be vulnerable. And risky. But everyone loses when we fail to share our stories in their entirety.

Who likes to throw a lot at you in a 10 to 20 minute period of time depending on how much I unload about my personal life. Yeah. Today I want to talk about something that runs my life. It is a big part of my job and career. I want to talk about getting real on social media and just like social media in general because this is kind of a

1:59.2

And when people hung out without you and they kind of throw it in your face that sucked

2:03.6

and now there's like 400 million different platforms where kids can just be cruel and awful to each other

2:10.4

and there's trolls and all sorts of just terrible awful things which we'll save for another topic, because today I really want to

2:18.5

talk about something that I find to be really exciting, and that's kind of getting real,

2:26.3

getting raw, getting vulnerable on social media.
