today I had one of those. I had easily the world's worst long run that I've had of my Boston Marathon Qualifying Marathon, hell.

But today I had to run 14.

I'm trying to change how I talk about how I run. So I don't say I have to run. I say I get to run. So you'll hear me correcting myself a lot. But today I got to run 14 miles. And here's a little TMI. I'm on my period. Let's not make periods weird and gross because you know they're a part of part of life and you're going to hear about it. So deal with it. And I just, my body was not having it. And like the second I had to start doing these four, I had to do two, two mile pushes in the middle at my marathon pace, which is eight minutes, 15 seconds per mile to all my friends abroad. I'm so sorry I don't know what that means per

kilometer. But it was bad. It was like really bad. My stomach was in cramps the entire time.

And I had to make multiple bathroom stops. And it was just a rough day. Rough day. Ran really well.
