Hey, everyone, it's Tiffany and welcome back to another week of Raise Your Hand Say Yes.

I am really excited about today's episode and it is slightly different than other episodes that I've done in the past and that we're not necessarily talking about artwork

or a working artist.

We're going to be talking about sex, baby.

And that's exciting and fun because we are all adults and adults like to have sex.

A little backstory about today's guest.

I actually met Kate very briefly at Alt Summit this summer,

which is where I've met a few other of our guests. And going to conferences is one of my

favorite ways to meet new people to have on the show. So I met Kate at Alt and I had come across her on Instagram using the hashtag for the

conference and I first noticed that she has adorable bangs and I was like, oh, you know, I love

people with bangs. This is my thing.

And so I ran, but I noticed from her Instagram profile, she is a sex educator.

And I was like, well, that is fascinating.

And, you know, slightly different from the typical blogger or coach or designer who tends to go to alt. So I kind of tucked that away and remembered it, remembered it. And then I ran into her actually outside the hotel. I was walking in. She was

walking out and I stopped her and said, oh, you're Kate, you're the sex educator.

And we had a moment and I got her card.

And when I got home, we didn't really get to talk much, but I was still just really

fascinated about the idea of pleasure and the idea of being able to ask for what you want, whether it's in the bedroom or in life

or in your career or in your relationships in general, that it really comes down to communication.
