All right, guys, we're going to talk about something that I get asked quite a fucking bit.

And it's does eating before bed make a store more fat while we sleep?

This is something that I probably believed back in the day.

And I think I get that question a lot.

And I guarantee there are a ton of people listening right now that have worried or considered

And I get this all the time ago, I got to eat before 6 p.m., you know, blah, blah, blah. And I'm here just kind of settle the debate because at the end

of the day, it really doesn't matter. Okay. So here, here's the deal. First and foremost, we need to

ask ourselves, so what are we trying to achieve? Are we trying to achieve better health? Are we trying to achieve fat loss? Are we trying to achieve muscle gain? Or are we trying to resolve an issue like bad digestion, acid reflex, things like that? Because they all play a different part in this, right? So first and foremost, if you do suffer from bad digestion, gut health or acid issues, what you want to think about is first and foremost, maybe getting a probiotic

or a digestive enzyme and then chewing your food a little bit more. And I know that seems

pretty simple, but it's, but it's the truth. Like a lot of times our body isn't taking enough

time in the stage of bile because as we chew our food and we swallow it, it gets covered in

and that actually helps us break down the nutrients and the food quite a bit. And that's a very,

very important part of digestion. Now, if you don't take care of that, you will have acid reflux.

You will have bad digestion. And it might not be a good idea for you to eat right before bed.

But at the end of the day, that's going to be a problem all throughout the day because

So make sure it's not something along those lines first.
