It's been a really long time since I have sat down to record a solo podcast and I will tell you why.

because I lived in fear and I was exhausted and I felt like nobody gave a shit.

continue my volunteer work in doing this self-funded podcast for you. Not only does it help

thousands of you out there, but it helps me on my own. And I believe in myself a bit more now.
