Hi, everybody. Well, I have some very exciting news to tell you about me. I have moved to a new apartment in

Belize. And it is the exact opposite of where I was living. So I was living in the

busiest part of town. I called it like time square

of New York City, only it's time square of Belize, so much smaller, but busy. Now I have an apartment

right on the beach, palm trees, the waves. It's so quiet. It's so beautiful. And I'm looking at it

right now and I just had to tell you because it's so nice. Okay, anyway, today is episode

number 56 and I'm going to talk to you about where you're looking for your joy.

And what I want to talk about is where the right places are to look for joy and where the

wrong places are to look for joy.

And the way that I came up with this episode was from working with some of my students or clients that are in my

class, the science of your body and mind. And I think you probably have heard me talking about it.

We're in our fifth week now. And I will tell you what, it is amazing what these women are doing

with really working on feeding their bodies,

anti-inflammatory foods, really paying attention to what a plus two feels like and what a

negative two feels like, really paying attention to when they're fogging and when they're

fueling and what the difference is.

And so something really interesting came up today when I was coaching one of them.
