Very true. And I think what I used to do is like I knew the cues of how a deadlift would look so I would force myself into that position. And because I didn't have the hip mobility, the right things weren't firing. And I tell people this all the time. And this is why I've been big and this is why like John Russ and stuff a lot because he talks a lot about muscle activation. If we're not working the muscle, we're likely working the joint. And if you're just cranking the joint to get through the movement, we're not doing it properly, right?
