Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness podcast. I've got Andy on which means we are

answering your questions. Andy how are you? And good thank you. How about yourself? I'm okay. The last

0:14.3

couple of days my back was much better but now it's really bad again. Might have been because I've tried

0:18.7

to train legs. Yeah that's, that's not a smart idea.

0:24.0

I mean, I didn't even do that before I hurt my back. I was going to say, you're one of the

0:28.7

1:30.3

moved to maintenance, which is fine because I am maintaining.

1:34.3

1:42.3

that enables me to avoid snacking

1:44.5

and be absolutely rigid with my diet to achieve fat loss calories because that is what it takes

1:50.6

for me. You always say you have the tools to lose again should you want to and that I shouldn't

1:57.2

stress because I know how to do it and I've done it before. But what about the weird level of,

2:02.6

what about the weird level of commitment you have to go to?
