and like snowy here like life skills mindset I think so many people talk about mindset and until you

experience what we do on commit to six it's quite hard to see the benefit of mindset and by the way

I totally get that because I was

certainly of the thought process like yeah mindset but wouldn't it actually just be

quicker and faster and better all round if you just did the thing instead of thinking

about doing the thing which I also get and I think it's the misconception that working on your mindset means not taking action.
