So I, my name is Rachel Gregory.

I am a certified nutrition specialist, an online coach, and I guess just a quick run through.

I always I always struggle with the intro because I don't know how long to make it.

But I grew up playing sports my whole life.

So I was kind of in just dove into that right when I was, you know you know, from a baby on, um, my dad played football

in college and he had two girls. So he was, uh, very excited that I was really into sports.
