Shame is the topic I've been thinking about for a long time.

It's the topic I've particularly been thinking about

over the last few months. As we've been having harder conversations

topics about Sam Young tone, respect, the ex-Morman community generally and really just life.

I'm an incredibly flawed man.

But I'm constantly working,

constantly trying to figure out this labyrinth,

this maze,

and I fail a lot

But just like all of us I'm a work in progress

And some of the best times I've had is progressing by talking to the other infants

and by listening and reading the comments of our good listeners.

Over the last few episodes I've thrown some bombs at the ex-Morman community

and that's been unfair.

The listeners of this podcast,

the people that comment,

have become friends.

And I treated that friendship really poorly.

And for that I'm sorry.
