And this episode, the reasons why you'll love it, it's, oh, gosh, it's actually, it's quite a saddening episode because it's 30 people have been shown to have died from the Wimhoff method already, at least 30.

Now, this is just the people that Scott's been able to track down since June, which isn't a huge amount of time.

And so this episode is really interesting.

It goes in, we go into, we talk a bit about Playboy to do at the beginning and how actually Playboy had an incredible

investigative journalism and right until the end was a paid really well and what it meant to be

working for Playboy as a writer because they first break the story about Wim Hof. But also

we then it then goes into who we decide our gurus are and who we

should, who we should follow and who we should trust. And actually now, I think in a very soundbited

and social media driven world, actually, there's very little nuance left. And someone either

is a guru and we assume they know everything about everything or little nuance left. And someone either is a guru,

and we assume they know everything about everything,

or they aren't.

And I think this is a really interesting insight

into how we need to be super careful

to trust experts

and to trust experts in their expertise. And a very clever person who isn't

talking about their expertise isn't an expert in that expertise. It sounds obvious. But we go into

that and really, really good episode. So take it away, Nick.
