You know, I always say this, but it's true. It's going to be a good one.

Hello, hello, hello. How are you today? Well, you know, I'm in Belize and I'm having a

0:36.2

wonderful time as I tell you each time.

0:38.6

And this week has been extra special because my son and his wife and their two children, my two

0:46.2

2:00.5

And yet, you know, they come to me so they can do

2:06.3

the things that they need to do to have excellent self-care. But it seems like it's just not

2:13.2

where they naturally want to go, which I found so fascinating because like when I watched my

2:19.4

daughter-in-law, Jessica, with her kids, it seems so natural of all the things and all the

2:26.8

time that she takes for them. And so I'm wondering, and I'm thinking, well, why isn't it that natural for us to want to put the time and care into ourselves?
