You might be encouraging street sloths

without even realizing that you're doing it.

And that's a problem for them and for humans. Did you know that most cases of sloth rabies aren't from wild sloths?

They're from domestic sloths who get abandoned by their owners and then breed.

Well, there is something you can do to stop that.

Spay or neuter your pet sloth, even if you never abandon that sloth, it might get out one evening

and then mate with a feral neighborhood sloth producing a litter of street sloths.
