Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness podcast. I hope you're very well. I am and I've just been doing

0:10.2

check-ins with my one-to-one clients and I wanted to share a bit of this one because I thought it was such a good

0:18.1

example of the mindset that it takes to succeed, but also the

0:23.2

reality. Because I think sometimes when we talk about mindset and now and again, like, something

0:28.5

came up in the group the other day and someone was like, oh, I know Emma's going to say, like,

0:33.1

you know, don't expect results from the work that you didn't put in. And as much as that is correct, and I would say that,

1:30.7

is supportive. I have access to places to walk, a gym and healthy food choices. And I think that's

1:37.8

such an important thing to realize. It's like, one, you are the only person in your own way,

1:42.1

especially when it comes to things like fat loss. And two,

1:45.4

and this doesn't go for everyone, but actually it goes for probably the majority of people listening.

1:50.5

You're actually in a really privileged position to, like, be able to get to a gym, to be able to afford

1:56.4

coaching, to be able to get out for a walk, to be able to make these healthy food choices and

2:00.3

choose what
