Today, I am going to teach you to look, feel, and perform like an athlete. I think this is one of those goals that's on a lot of people's mind.

I kind of think of it like taking an average Joe into a savage athlete.

And you don't have to be competitive or competing in any sport in order to strive for this.

I know for me personally, when I think of my ideal physique,

I do think of an athlete. I think of a football player or a really jacked, and usually just a

football player, if I'm being honest. I don't strive to look like a soccer player, even though I'm a

soccer player. I don't strive to look like a basketball player because I'm five, nine, so that's

just not going to happen. But I do strive to look like a football player. I do strive to look like

a crossfitter, an elite level crossfitter, right? Like I really, really push. And if you look at

these people, they're not training in order to look a certain way. So we don't need to rely on bodybuilding or high amounts

of volume in order to achieve this. So today I want to dive into just that. How do we achieve

this athletic physique, whether we are a male or a female? Because if we look like athletes,

they have defined and strong glutes and hamstrings. They have defined and strong upper backs, which means their shoulder health is great, their

hip health is great.

They move better because of it.
