It's a different kind of Monday here.

I want to inquire a podcast.

We got an oral American, Jay Wayman, talking about a loss.

It's been two months since we've done that, Jay.

And this one did have some Indiana vibe. Something about the Big Ten East,

bottom half of the 10th East teams where Illinois is struggling here. But 2315,

obviously we'll dive into red zone issues. We'll dive into, I want to dive it to you.

Some teams attacking Ryan Walters in a certain way. But

what do you take away from this loss mostly? Well, first and foremost, I think the level of

consistency we've seen from Illinois the last two months has been pretty astounding. So I wouldn't

worry about the quality of this podcast being great.

We're used to after lost podcasts.

We was kind of a new thing for us, actually, for the last six, seven weeks where we had to like, hey, well, it's going to be good news.

So it's going to be a great show. But I would just say it's common for a team, especially in, you know, I would say transcending levels of football,

meaning that they're going from a lower level to maybe a mid-level, maybe an upper

mid-level program, to not be super consistent every week.

I mean, the level of consistency they showed was really a testament to the coaching staff

and the player development and the leadership on this team.

And so nothing that I saw wasn't correctable.

But there were certainly some like boneheaded silly mistakes where one of those seasons

we were just like, you know, we've all been to the games.

We're just like, this is so Illinois.
