there is a lot out there that says, okay, your attachment style is your attachment style forever.

And good luck, you should just try to find someone who's secure and that that's your best bet.

and we have so much evidence that you can become secure. And by becoming secure yourself,

you not only then experience the benefits of having a secure partner and building a beautiful

relationship, which that's wonderful. You also get the benefits of you showing up as the
