| 1:31.3 | And we talk a lot about that, about the brain and the neural grooves in the brain, |
| 1:36.5 | and that if you learn to eat to make yourself feel better when you were five years old |
| 1:41.3 | and you're 50 years old now, it's a pretty deep neural groove that |
| 1:45.6 | kind of goes on automatic without even thinking, so to speak. But also, what I haven't really talked |
| 1:54.0 | about because I've really been wanting to teach you more about how your mind affects everything. |
| 1:59.5 | But at some point, we have to talk about how food |
| 2:04.4 | affects what you think too. So we know overeating is a learned behavior and it can be |
| 2:11.3 | unlearned, but also you have to be able to change what you eat so that it makes it much easier to do it. |
| 2:20.3 | And what we know for sure is there are specific foods that cause the brain to go crazy. |
