I'm Heather Pricewright. And I'm Alex Dellenberg. Welcome to The Quibbler. This week we're reading

chapters once again from Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. They are the Ministry of Magic

and the Hearing. You will hear, I think probably a lot of cursing

because this is a very annoying pair of chapters. You will hear spoilers for this and past and future

Harry Potter plots. And you will hear some adult themes. This week's adult themes are show trials,

commuting, cubicle decorations, uncivil servants,

and the rights of the accused.

Alex, what happened this week?

In this week's chapters, Harry has to get up early to go to his ministry of magic disciplinary hearing.

So, Harry's feeling very nervous, so nervous that he only has toast,

and I think some marmalade. So Harry goes into the office with Arthur, who works at the ministry,

as we may recall. Arthur is like, number one, never uses the subway tourist. He's counting down the stops and is very impressed by various ticket machines.

Arthur and Harry entered the Ministry of Magic via a telephone booth, so that's super UK.

Harry's jaw drops when he sees the Ministry of Magic. I mean, it does sound like it's really pretty.

Yeah, I mean, it sounds impressive, I guess.
