We like to look at everything around running and particularly the events.

And I went to see a show,

a documentary of 10 years of the spine race. And I was blown away by not only the footage,

but some of the stories involved. And also the real feeling of, of community and the kind of a

unique environment that it seems to provide its races and also the um the volunteers

that get involved so i wanted to to invite our next guest on to tell that story but also to

understand a little bit that i didn't get back the film which was about how it started and why his

previous experience was so relevant to organizing a race that is clearly shaping to be one of the main ultra races

for people that want tough in the world.
