0:27.2	So the last two episodes were the best of the podcast and now we're gonna talk about some mental toughness
0:34.6	I just got back from a trip that was some work some play and
0:43.4	It was great. We went to Miami and did work hard play hard which was very fun
0:49.6	We went on a yacht and we had an incredible beach party and then in the mornings
0:55.7	We worked on our businesses and the teaching components and the content components of our businesses and how to make money and
1:03.9	How to serve our clients in the best way. It was really fun
1:07.6	I had my family there with me too
1:09.8	So my son Connor was there with me and his friends were there and my friends were there kind of my chosen family was there
1:17.4	We all stayed in the same place together. So we had a really amazing time and it was really cool to
1:23.4	Connect with everyone and kind of a more intimate environment than normal
1:27.8	I was able to hang out and talk to you so many of my coaches that I normally you know
1:33.1	Don't have that play hard time with so it was great
1:36.4	We played lots of games and
1:38.6	Pictionary and taboo and
1:40.6	Cornhole and
1:42.1	Batchyball. It was great. We had a really good time
