The name on everyone's lips these last few weeks has been

Savannah Sand, which for what has been probably the most exciting, interesting, potentially

unexpected marathon, London marathon win that I've ever watched. And I've been trying to get her

coach and our next guest on for a couple of years. And

it all this happened. And then it all happened. I think we just got busy and forgot to message

again. And as soon as I saw a winner, I was like, oh yeah, I've got to speak to Tim because

I want to hear about, we'll go into it. But I was fascinated to read. He never coached

anyone at Marathon distanceance before London and had

no intention of being a long

distance coach at any time.
