I'm Elizabeth Reese.

This is best to the nest, the podcast that it's all about creating strong, comfortable, beautiful nests that prepare us to fly. Oh, Marjorie, I can feel

0:23.7

summer sort of coming to an end soon, a little twinge of fall. I'm starting to crave soup.

0:30.1

I'm starting to do a little sweater assessment. It's my favorite time of year.

0:35.1

That's good. I did my sweater assessment last week as I continue my

0:39.5

mission to remove anything that isn't a natural fiber. Look at you. It's been so fun just because

0:46.4

it helps me make the decisions of letting go of sweaters that I was not wearing. I wasn't wearing

0:52.0

because they made me uncomfortable. I love the way they look. And

0:55.2

interestingly, when there's a lot of acrylic in it or plastics or whatever, they tend to be super

1:07.2

I never wear them, though, because they make me feel so uncomfortable. So it was really

1:12.5

1:17.9

go of them as well. So the sweater assessment is important. This is so good. And let me just do a little

1:23.5

shameless self-promotion for our very podcast. If you are interested in learning about

1:29.6

sweaters, because we, I don't know, listen to the episode that we did with Teresa Bents from Get

1:35.4

Bent's Farm. I think we can probably link it up in the show notes. We'll put the episode number in

1:39.8

because she talked about, you know, making the switch to natural fibers. She did, that episode was so

1:45.0

helpful in terms of brand recommendations. My best friend was just in town. She's just leaving today.

1:51.9

And she was showing me some pajamas that she bought from one of the brands, I think it was Woolax,

1:58.0

that Teresa recommended. And she was like so happy. So if you are thinking

2:03.5

kind of the same thing that I want to just be a little bit more intentional about my clothing choices,

2:08.1

that maybe you're feeling that sort of yearning to be clothing yourself and enveloping yourself
