This is, well, a couple of quick things. So I just want to acknowledge, because I feel like

you and all the nesters have been with me all along the way in my in graduate school

and I got my final grade and I am done.

Wow.

Look at you, you highly educated human.

I will tell you this, and this is going to lead into what we're talking about today, is for my final project. We had a choice of writing,

so the class was espionage literature. Oh, yeah. And we had a choice of doing an academic paper,

because there's a lot of issues, really interesting issues that you could dive into, or the other choice was doing a video project, no thank you to that, or write a piece of fiction.

Mm.

Using something sort of the source, one of the novels as sort of the source material. And so I wrote my first ever piece of fiction.

Did you write the next James Bond movie?

I wrote something that was attached to Jean Le Carre's works.

He wrote The Spy Who Came in from the Cold, sort of famous spy novelist.

But the only reason I bring this up is it was so fun.

I was scared to do it.

I thought, this could be so bad.
