clients yesterday. And one of the things that we were talking about is we were talking about

cravings. When I work with clients in my bigger programs, one of the things that we do in the second

phase of the program is we really work on eating anti-inflammatory foods because I think foods

that inflame your body on a regular basis are really the cause for all disease. And you get to a point, I think,

where when your mind is really managed, you can start working on what foods work best in

your body. So in the beginning, and through all of these podcasts, what I work with you the most

is what goes on in your mind that creates all

the sagas and the scenarios into why you eat when you're not hungry and what goes on in your head

and how to create new and better thoughts so that you can be very mindful about why you're
