Today is the first research roundup with our CSO Brandon Roberts. Dr. Brandon Roberts is the

tailored coaching method, chief science officer. He is an experienced

coach. He's an experienced athlete and he is an experienced researcher. So today we brought up

three specific studies pertaining to training, nutrition, and supplementation that he also wrote

a research around a blog on that we're working on. It's really big and that'll be out in a

couple weeks. So stay tuned for that. But today we covered the studies and a little bit more of a

casual conversation between the two of us, went into the studies and then we talked about how

those studies actually apply to the coaching clients we work with. The first study was regarding

the diet breaks and refeeds with Bill Campbell, which you will hear an episode with me actually interviewing Bill here in the next week or two as well.

But we did a little research roundup on that.

And if they have any validity, there was a study that showed greater VO2 max in performance by supplementing with BCAs prior.
