Tweets/Quotes:

~ 5:50

“What radical self belief allows us to do is create the container of safety within which we get to evolve and live and experiment and play and figure things out. We're creating that container as we take our baby steps.”

6:28

“One of the big secrets that I've learned being an adult is that everybody is making it up as they go. So you might as well play along for yourself, too.”

Han. Now onto the show. Hey, y'all, welcome back. This week, I went to pick up where we left off last week with part three out of three of this

0:26.1

pivotal yes series where in part one I talked about the yeses that made the biggest difference

0:31.8

in my life and how they felt because the results that you get from them don't always match

0:37.3

how they feel.

0:38.7

Last week I talked about how to actually listen to those whispers, how to be with them,

0:46.0

figure out which ones you want to follow, how to be on that journey. Today I want to talk about

0:52.5

radical self-belief because radical self-belief is really at the

0:56.0

heart of all of this as you think about the life that you want, as you think about taking these

1:02.7

big steps, as you think about saying yes to the things that you want to say yes to, saying no to the

1:09.8

things that you know aren't serving you.

1:11.9

The world is busy and shouty. And every thing in the world wants you to be a certain way,

1:19.6

usually comes down to getting your money or your attention or both. And what you get to do

1:26.0

and the reason that we want to talk about radical self-belief is that

1:30.0

you want to get to a place where you can live amidst all the noise. And you might hear it.

1:37.0

Sometimes it batters you around, but you are not constantly bringing that noise in and then using it to inform your decisions,

1:47.5

to inform how you feel about yourself, how you feel about your life, what you set as your

1:52.5

priorities, and how you move through your day. That noise is not going to go away. And so instead,

1:59.3

we want to say, what do I do even though the noise is still there?

2:03.7

Enter radical self-belief.
